Can you provide chauffeur driven cars for weddings?
We can cater for weddings, please contact our control manager for a quote, be sure to book in advance especially during high season
Is smoking permitted in any of the vehicles?
All vehicles are strictly no smoking!
What is a PCO Licence?
A Public Carriage License is a license which enables us to carry out private hire assignments as to the regulations set down by the British government. In Scotland a PCO is not yet required
What is a Meet & Greet Service
Is where our drivers meet you at Arrivals in all UK Airports and take you to your vehicle.
Do you only work in London?
We are a National Company with Drivers in the following Cities; London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, Newcastle, Aberdeen, Inverness, Blackpool, Liverpool, Nottingham, Derby, Stirling, Cardiff, Bristol, Portsmouth, Leeds & Sheffield
Do we need to tip the driver?
There is no obligation, however gratuities are always welcome.
You asked me for my mobile phone number when I booked. Why do you need this number, as the cost of receiving calls overseas can be very high?
We would only use this number in the event of a delay or emergency. We would not normally call you whilst you are overseas.
Is there a cost if a booking is changed?
If the booking is changed within 24hrs of departure there may inccur a small charge.
How do I make reservation changes ?
Please contact our national enquiry line : 0844 209 2502 , to amend any existing bookings.(See our terms & conditions for price amendments ).
Where will I meet my chauffeur /driver for airport pick ups ?
Our driver will meet & greet you at your flight arrival with name board of lead passenger , please enter your fight details at time of booking to ensure our driver can track your flight & meet you without any problems. If we do not have flight details at time of booking, please call our national number with this information, Quoting Booking Reference. Without this information we cannot guarantee making contact at flight arrivals
When will my chauffeur pick me up ?
Our chauffeurs will be on site 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time. Please provide contact number at time of booking for our driver to make contact at pick up point .
What if my Chauffeur is late ?
If your driver has not arrived or made contact with you 10 minutes prior to pick up time due to unforseen circumstances, please contact our national enquiries 0844 209 2502 to ascertain exact position of vehicle & E.T.A. All vehicles are tracked & monitored in real time by our head office, allowing our staff to pin point exact position of vehicles at any given moment and provide estimated time of arrival.
How long will my chauffeur wait if I am late ?
For airport pick ups : Waiting time 30 minutes after domestic flight arrivals. Waiting time 45 minutes after international flight arrivals. For all other pick up points: First 10 minutes free , £0.50 per minute thereafter.
What if my flight is delayed & I cannot make contact with driver or First-Travel to advise ?
It is the driver's responsibility to track each passengers flight progress , to allow for delays/changes in arrival. If he/she cannot honour the hire personally, they will contact our head office to arrange an alternative vehicle if possible.
